Abstract
|
|
|
Two cases of infectious mo,ionucleosis were presented. They were admitted with chief complaints of fever and puffy face for the past 2 weeks.
They showed characteristic atypica: lymphocytes in periphc-al blood smear associated with lymphocytosis.
Nionospot test was positive in first case, but negative in second case.
They took self iimtied course without any specific treatment and discharged without any complication.
A brief review of literature was also presented.
